shipping policy

All items are dispatched on the same day that they are ordered and are eligible for free shipping within Ireland. For weekday orders placed before 3 pm you should normally receive your shipment the next day, otherwise it should be received the following day.

Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange for express or registered shipping. 

Where a product is being returned, it must be in it's original packaging and unopened in order to be eligible for a refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 14 day refund policy. If you are unhappy with a product purchased from our store, please contact us no later than 14 days from the date of sale by sending an email to resigirl69@gmail,com quoting your order number and describe your complaint.

If you have notified us that you wish to have a refund and are intending to return the goods, you must make sure that the goods reach us within 14 days of the notification to be eligible for a refund.

Returning an item

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact; otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department. To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible.
